At least three people were shot between the hours of 1 p.m., and 9 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 27, according to Baltimore police.
The first shooting occurred just before 2 p.m., in the 2600 block of Ashland Avenue, police say.
When officers arrived, they were able to locate a 36-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his back. The victim was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
A few hours later around 5:30 p.m., officers were in the area of Bowley's Lane when they heard discharging. Upon arrival to the scene, officers located an unidentified man suffering from gunshot wounds in the rear of the 5500 block of Bowley's Lane.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
Later that evening, around 8:30 p.m., officers conducting business checks on Federal Street heard gunshots coming from the 900 block of N. Broadway where they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds to his back.
The 38-year-old victim was unresponsive and rushed to a nearby hospital where he is currently in critical condition. A 42-year-old suspect was taken into custody regarding the Broadway shooting.
